PAYMENT

Payment is required in full prior to items being dispatched. We accept cash, cheque and paypal. Once cash is received, goods will be dispatched. Please make cheques payable to Black Cat. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods will be dispatched. To pay via paypal, please email for invoice and then send money upon receipt of this. Postage, packing and carriage are not included in the price and will be charged at cost.

REFUNDS

Goods may not be returned unless defective. Part of the cost you pay is the secret! Black Cat must be notified of all defects within 3 days of receiving goods. Upon notification from Black Cat the defective package must be returned to Black Cat in the same condition as it was received by you. Please include proof of purchase. A replacement or refund will then be sent (This will be at the discretion of Black Cat) Black Cat Supplies assumes no responsibility for the use or improper use of any of their products. Black Cat Supplies cannot be responsible for any accident or injury due to the use of any item purchased from this company. All items supplied by this company are safe if used correctly. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be the occasional price change.
