PAYMENT

Payment is required in full, prior to items being dispatched. We accept paypal, credit/debit card, cash or cheque. To pay via paypal, please use our online shopping cart or email your order using the form on the contact page and a manual paypal invoice will then be sent. Should you wish to pay using a credit/debit card, please email for further instruction. If you choose to pay with cash, please send the money fully insured/tracked - Black Cat cannot be held responsible for missing money. Once cash is received, goods will be dispatched. Please make cheques payable to Black Cat and allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods being dispatched. Postage, packing and carriage are not included in the price of any item and will be charged at cost - this cost will be automatically added when using our online cart. Goods will usually be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment, unless a lead time is stated in the item description.

REFUNDS

Goods may not be returned unless defective. Part of the cost you pay is the secret! Black Cat must be notified of all defects within 3 days of receiving goods. Upon notification from Black Cat the defective package must be returned to Black Cat in the same condition as it was received by you. Please include proof of purchase. A replacement or refund will then be sent (This will be at the discretion of Black Cat) Black Cat Supplies assumes no responsibility for the use or improper use of any of their products. Black Cat Supplies cannot be responsible for any accident or injury due to the use of any item purchased from this company. All items supplied by this company are safe if used correctly. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be the occasional price change.
